Privacy Policy

By using our platforms, users grant full permission to store and retain information about them and project their needs, preferences and to build a user profile. Users grant permission for our platforms to use user profiles for commercial purposes. Our platforms collect data from the user such as location and activity. The user grants full permission to store such information, to generate notifications and to analyze this data to generate insights about the user.

Our platforms use commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect users’ personal information against loss or unauthorized access, use, modification, or deletion.

Our platforms may integrate with and provide access to third-party services, applications, and websites. The use of third-party services is governed by the terms of service and privacy policies of those third parties. Information collected from the user may be shared with such third-party platforms.

Our platforms may allow the contribution of original material by users. By contributing material, users grant full permission for our platforms to store the information and access it to enhance its responses and information provided to other users. Users are solely responsible for the content they provide, and users represent that users have all necessary rights to provide such content, and no copyright or other infringements are being caused.

Users have the right to uninstall our platforms and to delete their accounts at any time. Collected personal information based on user’s consent, may be retained.

Deleting New Human (NuHMN) Accounts

New Human users have the right to uninstall the application and request the deletion of their account at any time. To delete a New Human account, the user must enter the New Human application in their cell phone, go to settings and click the button at the bottom labeled as "Delete Account". Upon proceeding with the double confirmation, the user's account will be immediately deleted permanently.

Alternatively, users may request an account deletion by writing hello@nuhmn.com from the email used on signup to the account. User verification via the security pin or other means may be required. Deletion in this manner will be completed within reasonable time and after verification.

Deletion of a New Human account will permanently erase all data New Human has learned and stored about the user, including memories, user profile, email, username, location, activity and all content uploaded by the user to the private knowledgebase. New Human will no longer perform any actions related to the user, such as user projections, notifications and profile building. This is a complete deletion of the user's presence on New Human and is not the same as logging out. Once a user's account is deleted, erased data cannot be recovered.

Some collected user information based on user's consent may be retained after account deletion. User’s personal information may be retained to the extent necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or to comply with legal obligations. Information collected from the user and shared with third-party platforms, services, applications or websites during the existence of an account, is governed by the terms of service, privacy policies and information management policies of those third parties.
